Cancellation/Change Fees:

All bookings are subject to additional fees for major changes or cancellations, based on the fee schedule above.

Ticketing Fee: $100 per person

Airline Frequent Flyer Tickets: $200 per ticket charged at the beginning of the planning process.

Change Fees

There is NO FEE for changes as a result of airline initiated schedule changes or travel disruptions.
All voluntary changes in airline reservations resulting in a reissue of the ticket are subject to the same fee schedule listed above.
All voluntary changes made within one week of departure, or after departure, are subject to an additional $100 fee surcharge per person.

For all trips where the Trip Planning Fee is waived a $100 per hotel reservation fee will be applied to the below services.

$50 per application.
